Bug Fixes

OperaPMS Public Key Error

Resolved the issue encountered on OperaPMS for PublicKey loading by aligning OperaPMS channel with the implementation used by the Ingenico channel. In addition to removing synchronization from the method responsible for loading Public Keys into memory to prevent database access or state conflicts.

  • BackOffice password validation
A security defect in the new Cardinal BackOffice meant passwords were not being validated correctly during login. Login/authentication handling has been corrected so credentials are properly checked. Related Spring Security wiring and login UI messaging were updated as part of this work.
  • Login / password-hash salt on new installs
If USER_PASSWORD_HASH_SALT was missing from Key Encryption, password hashing could fail and block login (including after a fresh install). The system now generates, encrypts, and stores a salt when one is not configured, instead of failing hard.

Fixed the issue whereby not all Parameters are displayed in Update User

  • BackOffice Admin Login
Fixed issue with BackOffice login from Admin
  • Username / Firstname Mapping
Implemented a correction to the data mapping on username and first name fields, resolving login issues experienced by users accessing the Cardinal BackOffice.
